Welcome to JobFits, start to find your employer or employees by creating a free account with few simple steps.

As employee

Get your JobFits account and start applying to your dream job!

  1. Get your free JobFits account at https://fits.my/register.
  2. Start sign up your account by filling up your full name, email address and passwords.
  3. Tick on “I’m not a robot’ and follow the CAPTCHA verification.
  4. You will receive an email for verification.
  5. After that you can start editing your profile by filling up all your details such as your highest qualification, latest work experience, interest sectors, your preferences, etc. To make your profile outstanding.

*Note please click on “update” of each section when you have done it to prevent data loss.

*Note please do not use your current company email address as you still need to access the email after you moved from current company.

As employer

  Get your JobFits account and start applying to your dream job!

  1. Get your free JobFits account at https://fits.my/employer/register.
  2. Start sign up your business account by filling up your company name, business registration number, username, email address, passwords and attach registration certificate copy.
  3. Tick on “I’m not a robot’ and follow the CAPTCHA verification.
  4. You will receive an email for verification.
  5. After that you can start editing your profile by filling up all your details such as your business overview, business logo, business location, social media, contact info, etc.
  6. After that you are now able to post a job with the requirements of the candidates, job field and details.

*Note please click on “update” of each section when you done it to prevent data lose.

 

Applied an account but unable to log in?

After registration of an account of Fits.my, kindly check your email for verification. Sometime the email will be in the ‘junk/spam’ due to mistake, thus, please check it out if you unable to find the verification email in your inbox.

After verification of your email address, please make sure you enter your email and password correctly.

 

Forgot password?

3 simple steps to reset your password:

Click the Forgot password on the right side of the log in page.

After that enter your email or national ID, the reset password link will send to your email.

Last, you can reset your password through the link as mentioned above.

**Note: your password must consist of at least 6 characters and a mix of alphanumeric and special characters.

 

No access of email address

There are situations that user no longer have access to the email associated with their Fits.my account. What you can do is to contact us and provide the following information for verification purpose:

The email address you used to register Fits.my account.

Provide an email address that we able to reach you.

Your full name and identification number.

Your first employer.

Your graduation year.

The institute or the university you had studied.

 

What Fits.my can do for you?

As an employee

According to the information provided by you, Fits will analyse and show up the available jobs on your Fits account dashboard which is matched to your interest.

How to apply the job?

Just follow the simple steps below:

Click on the job that you interested with, then you will enter to the page that show the description of the job, requirements of the company towards the candidates, salary range and so on.

At the same page, scroll down you will see there is a box “Apply to this Job,” there will be a box for you to leave a message for your employer, but it is optional. Beside that, you can attach your resume at the document section.

Last step is to click on the green box “apply now”, your application will be sent to the employer.

 

As employer

When the job vacancy of your company is filled, whether you can delete job posting or not?

Yes, it can be delete by send us a request and we will help you to delete it. In another way, you also can set the posting to expire manually from the employer dashboard after logging in.

 

Queries about Interview

Interview Invitation

When an interview is schedule through the scheduler of Fits.my, an email/ SMS will be sent to you and the details will appear in your JobFits account. Thus, for your future reference please take note of the date of interview, time, location and contact information.

Employers have the right to choose to contact you directly by call, text message or email instead of using JobFits scheduler. Therefore, please be alert to prevent miss out any job opportunities.

 

How to respond to an interview invitation on JobFits scheduler

  1. Log in to your Fits.my account.
  2. Click on ‘MyJobFits’.
  3. Select ‘Interview Invitation’ from the drop-down menu.
  4. You will be able to view the interview invitations.
  5. Click on the ‘Accept invitation’, ‘Decline’ or ‘Time not suitable’ to respond the request.

 

No Show for interview

‘No Show for interview’ tag which is put by an employer to you when you failed to attend a confirmed interview. In addition, this tag will be attached to your account and it can be viewed by other employers.

If you are tagged twice as No Show within 180 days, you will be suspended from applying jobs on JobFits.com for 180 days.

No Show history

You are given a chance to explain to the employer why failed to attend the interview through the email. However, the employer still holds the right to decide whether they want to remove the ‘No show’ or not from your account. You may contact again to explain your reason of absence.

To check out your No Show history:

  1. Login to your Fits.my account
  2. Click on ‘MyJobFits’.
  3. Select ‘No Show History’ from the drop-down menu. Please take note that the No Show History option will only appear when you have a ‘No Show History’.
  4. You may click on the ‘Feedback to Employer’ link if you have not sent your explanation to the employer.

 

Error on No Show

If there is any mistake tag as ‘No Show’, you may contact the employer directly to rectify it.

Mistake tag is refer to:

  1. You attended the interview.
  2. Notified the employer of your absence.
